What kind of schedule can I work with? I'm still not THAT consistent, but given that this is likely a ways out I can gamble. Right now my only hard no evenings are Sunday, Monday, and Thursday. I have more control over my work schedule than before, so I can prioritize whatever other day I like to have off (especially evenings), and this even includes middles-of-days.
Character concept roughs An experienced or otherwise veteran operative that was involved in an incident that completely wiped out the rest of his team. While recovering, he studied Techniques, tactics, and field medicine in order to not be completely useless, and became good friends with one of the members on staff that assisted his rehab.
Setting questions? - If there are CASTs, how old are CASTs? I am aware my character concept is fairly likely to be compatible with Being A CAST, so this is a valid question.
